Broadway Ave Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Revised Final Plat for Shelburne East Subdivision No 3 Dear Mayor and Council: On behalf of Shelburne Properties LLC, please accept this request for Revised Final Plat approval for Shelburne East Subdivision No. 3. We desire to add a common area (lot 1, block 8) from Shelburne South Subdivision location along the northern boundary of the Ten Mile Feeder Canal to the final plat for Shelburne East Subdivision No 3. Background The original preliminary plat for Shelburne South Subdivision was approved by the City Council on February 18, 2020 (H-2020-0106), that original preliminary plat did not include the Ten Mile Feeder Canal however it did include Lot 1, Block 8 a common area park site which is located in the northeast portion of the preliminary plat. The Ten Mile Feeder Canal is owned by the Bureau of Reclamation and does not have a desire to be included into any plat at this time. Therefore, only options available to us are to do a one lot final plat or to include this common area park lot into Shelburne East Subdivision No 3. We have chosen to include the common area park lot into Shelburne East Subdivision No 3.  Revised Shelburne East Subdivision No. 3 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (H 2019-0077) and Shelburne South Subdivision (H 2019-0106) meets all requirements of conditions.  Revised Shelburne East Subdivision No 3 Final Plat is in conformance with: 1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses 2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC 3.
