Its location near Ustick and Eagle Roads will provide Meridian residents with desirable housing options near many commercial and retail developments. Homeowners will have access to amenities such as the Village at Meridian, Kleiner Park, Settler's Park, and an abundance of dining options. The pathways and sidewalks along Center Point Drive will encourage walkability to and from the storefronts and restaurants just south of the neighborhood at Center Point Market Place. On site amenities include a half-acre park, playground with a play structure and climbing boulders, and a picnic shelter with seating. The first phase of the Delano Residential Community will be situated on approximately 10.45 acres and will consist of 59 residential homesites and 8 common lots. This Project will be a vital transition in density between the large lot residential neighborhoods to the north and the high-density apartments directly south of this property. The amenity package exceeds the requirement of Meridian City Development Code, which requires that the application have one amenity for projects up to 20 acres.
