Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for"Bainbridge Subdivision no. 12,"the final phase of the Bainbridge
North Preliminary Plat approved 9/10/2019.
This project will include 59 single family lots, and 5 common lots, for a total of 64 lots,within the 55+
Bainbridge North community. The project will in total will be 11.71 acres and zoned R-15. Approved in the
previous phase was the clubhouse structure and pool area. In addition to those amenities,Bainbridge 12 adds
more open space for the residents.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with(1)The uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and
meeting all requirements or conditions thereof; (2)the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and(3)
acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
