RE : Subdivision Name Reservation : SKYBREAK SUBDIVISION
The parcels involved in this request previously reserved the name Skyward Subdivision . The Skyward Subdivision name
will no longer be reserved for the previous applicant, and will be available for use by others as was stated in the original
name reservation .
At your request, I will change Skyward Subdivision and reserve the name Skybreak Subdivision for your project . I can
honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process . Final approval can only take place when
the final plat is recorded .
This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated by the
client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re - used by
someone else .
