Thence continuing N 89°48'42" W, 580.26 feet along said south line and the northerly boundary of Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision according to the official plat thereof filed in Book ____ of Plats at Pages _____ through Ada County Records;
Thence departing from said south line and continuing along said northerly boundary the following three (3) courses:
1)N 00°13'35" E, 190.16 feet;
2)N 89°46'25" W, 15.00 feet;
3)N 00°13'35" E, 120.00 feet to the southerly boundary of Sky Mesa Commons Subdivision No. 1 according to the official plat thereof filed in Book 115 of Plats at Pages 17288 through 17290, Ada County Records;
Thence along said southerly boundary the following three (3) courses:
1)S 89°46'25" E, 405.26 feet;
2)S 00°13'35" W, 40.00 feet;
3)S 89"46'25" E, 190.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Sky Mesa Commons Subdivision No. 1 ;
Thence S 00°13'35" W, 269.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above—described parcel contains 4.00 acres, more or less.
The public streets shown on this plat are hereby dedicated to the public. The easements shown on this plat are not dedicated to the public, however the right to use said easements is hereby reserved for the uses specifically depicted on the plat, and for
any other purposes designated hereon, and no permanent structures, other than for such uses and purposes, are to be erected within the lines of said easements. All of the lots within this subdivision are eligible to receive water service from the City of
Meridian, and the City of Meridian has agreed in writing to serve all lots within the subdivision. Irrigation water has been provided from Nampa—Meridian Irrigation District, in compliance with Idaho Code 31 -3805(1)(b). Lots within this subdivision will be
entitled to irrigation water rights, and will be obligated for assessments from Nampa—Meridian Irrigation District.
