The final plat submittal package is enclosed for Sky Mesa Commons Subdivision No.5. The
development is located on the east side of Eagle Road and north of Lake Hazel in Meridian,
Idaho. The parcel number and address for the subject property is R0988260486 5899 S. Eagle
Rd, Meridian, Idaho, and consists of approximately 4.0 acres. The subdivision includes 13
buildable lots and 1 common lot.
The Sky Mesa Preliminary Plat was approved through Sky Mesa Subdivision AZ MDA PP RZ-H-
2017-0068. The Development Agreement for Sky Mesa was recorded with Instrument No.
114034782.
The specific provisions requested in the final plat application are intended to be addressed in
the plat and construction documents as described below:
• The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the UDC.
• The final plat and development plans conform to best management practices and
acceptable surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural practices, and local
standards.
