To Whom It May Concern:
The final plat submittal package is enclosed for the proposed Pine 43 Subdivision No.3 located on E.
Pine Rd. in Meridian in Section 8,Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County,
Meridian, Idaho, and consists of approximately 12.45 acres. The Final Plat consists of all lots located
within the previously approved Preliminary Plat for Pine 43 Subdivision. The subdivision includes 113
buildable lots and 15 common lots. The specific provisions requested in the final plat application are
intended to be addressed in the plat and construction documents as described below:
• The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the UDC.
• The final plat and development plans conform to best management practices and acceptable
surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural practices, and local standards.
