Final Plat Submittal
Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
On behalf of Lupine Cove LLC,this letter is to accompany the Final Plat submittal for
the Lupine Cove Subdivision. The annexation and preliminary plat were approved by
City Council on July 21, 2020 (H-2019-0133).
The submitted final plat on 6.89 acres for 26 building lots and 6 common lots in an R-8
zone substantially conforms to the Annexation,Preliminary Plat, and Development
Agreement (42020-110270) recorded for the site and meets all the requirements thereof.
The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC
and all applicable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
