We have purposefully designed this residential neighborhood to add to the mix of Meridian's available housing opportunities. Its location is desirable given its proximity to many commercial and retail stores as well as the interstate, making traveling throughout the valley more convenient. Homeowners will have access to onsite amenities such as a regional pathway and community playground. Offsite amenities include access to Roaring Springs, Wahoo's, Boise Ranch Golf Course and other various shopping and dining opportunities. This phase of the development will be situated on approximately 10 acres and will consist of 63 residential homesites. Stapleton Subdivision will consist of two product types—attached single-level townhomes and detached two-story homes. These high quality and well-designed homes have proven to be a great addition to the residential options in many previous projects throughout the Treasure Valley.
