PROJECT AMENITIES
Due to changes in the needs and wants of potential buyers in this new Covid-19 era, it has become
necessary for us to change our amenity package for the East Ridge Village. Initially we had proposed a
clubhouse for residents to use as a gathering place within the gated portion of the community.
Following the current Covid-19 outbreak and subsequent social distancing protocols it has become
evident that our potential buyers are no longer interested in an indoor gathering area. Surveys of
potential residents has shown that buyers would prefer outdoor amenities over indoor ones.

Regional Amenities
In addition to the onsite project amenities, residents can take advantage of the new Discovery Regional
Park. The park, which construction on Phase 1 was just completed, will be located on approximately 77
acres of land directly across the East Ridge neighborhood on East Lake Hazel Road. Our residents will be
able to take advantage of the parks many features and amenities.
