I am enclosing a few items to supplement our application for the preliminary plat of Southridge South.
1. Updated conceptual building elevations that clarify the minimum lot widths all exceed 40-ft.
2. Updated preliminary plat sheets PP1, PP2.1, P2.2 and LP1.02. In response to P&Z Commission comments during the public hearing, we have revised
Block 4 to expand the common lot #15 (at the north end of the block) and provide an approximately ½-acre pocket park amenity. This pocket park
increases accessibility to open space for lots at the northwest portion of the project. The enclosed sheets demonstrate the change and document the
increase in qualified open space to 5.71-ac. The total number of buildable lots is unaffected.
3. Updated Open Space exhibit to show the distribution of open space throughout the project. We have also colored the Ridenbaugh Canal corridor on the
exhibit, to better clarify how this open space and pathway is connected to the project’s interior open spaces and pathway network.
