RE: Revised Mile High Pines
The Civil Engineer for the Mile High Pines project submitted revised conceptual plans on
December 30th, 2020; the plans are dated 10/20/2020 and show a date of revision as 12/28/2020.
These plans depict a revised entryway into the development. The changes do not appear to affect
the ability to meet Public Works easement and service line design standards.
This memo does not provide approval or acceptance of this project or plan set. A full review of
the Civil design will be performed after complete engineering plans are submitted to Land
Development and only if the project is accepted by the P&Z Commission and City Council.
Additional design changes maybe required at the time of Land Development plan review.
