History: The City Council requested this parcel be included in the annexation application and development plan for Prescott Ridge(H-
2020-0047)so as not to leave a remnant undevelopable parcel of land.

■ Submit a revised legal description &exhibit map for the overall annexation boundary for Prescott Ridge and the C-G district.
■ Update other application info as necessary(narrative, deed, affidavit of legal interest,vicinity map, pre-app notes, neighborhood
meeting sign-in sheet&concept plan for overall site).A full annexation application is not necessary, only update the information that
is changed by annexation of this property—email directly to Sonya Allen.
■ A neighborhood meeting is required prior to submittal of the application—email Kim Tabarini for this if you haven't already.
■ The public hearing notice sign shall be updated on the site to include the subject parcel for the Commission hearing at least 10 days
prior to the hearing as required by the UDC.
Note:A Traffic Impact Study(TIS) will be required by ACHD for large commercial projects and any residential development with over 100 units. To
avoid unnecessary delays&expedite the hearing process, applicants are encouraged to submit the TIS to ACHD prior to submitting their application
to the City. Not having ACHD comments and/or conditions on large projects may delay hearing(s)at the City. Please contact Mindy Wallace at 387-
6178 at ACHD for information in regard to a TIS, conditions,impact fees and process.
