To Whom It May Concern:
Prior to the submittal of a Development Agreement Modification and Conditional Use Permit
application, Meridian City Code requires a meeting between the applicant and neighbors. This is
your notice to meet and review the new Northpoint Recovery Center.
This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding
meeting requirements, please contact the Meridian City Community Development Department.
Purpose:
To review the proposed Development Agreement Modification to revise the current plan
that indicates four buildings on the site.
To review project as a Conditional Use within the C-G zone.
When:
December 8, 2020 at 5pm.
Where:
On the subject property as noted in the attached map. Please note that this will be held
outdoors to allow for proper physical distancing and safety measures.
Project Description:
This project is located at State Ave, Meridian, ID 83642, Parcel Number S 1108244600. The
proposed project is a new building for Northpoint Recovery Center, an in-patient/out-patient
drug and alcohol recovery center with locations in Boise and Washington. The building will
be single story, less than 30,000 square feet in size with 48-beds and administrative and
treatment uses. Site plans and elevations will be available for review at the meeting.
The proposed use is considered by the City Code a nursing or residential care facility,which
requires a Conditional Use Permit in the C-G zone. In addition, the project be submitted for
Administrative Design Review to ensure compliance with the City's Architectural Standards
Manual and Certificate of Zoning Compliance, which ensures compliance within the zone
and any prior conditions of approval.
