RE: Proposed coffee shop at 3285 W. Nelis Dr, Meridian, ID.
To Whom it May Concern,
You have been identified as a property owner within 500 feet of a site located at
3285 W. Nelis Drive in Meridian. I represent A & C Ventures, LLC who are
proposing to construct a coffee shop on said property. Per the Meridian City
ordinance, a business with a drive though lane is required to obtain a conditional
use permit, and part of the process to inform the neighbors by conducting a
Neighborhood Meeting.
In light of current public health issues, we are opting to conduct the meeting
virtually. The meeting will be conducted using the "Zoom" platform as follows:

To document the Neighborhood Meeting, I just wanted to send out this quick note. As you know, we logged in to Zoom
shortly before 6:00 PM today December 101n
The participants were:

Jerrod Wallgren—JGT Architecture
No one else attended the meeting, so we waited until about 6:12 and concluded.
At about 6:25 PM, I logged back in to find the chat log, and Janet Wilder from across the street (3340 N.Ten Mile) logged
in a few seconds later and explained that she forgot about the meeting. We had a brief chat and she expressed no
concerns about the project.
I will submit this email along with a couple screen shots of the meeting as record that the meeting was held.
