Attached is the original deed prior to the plat. • Articles of Incorporation showing John Fink can sign for the owner John is not an owner, however Craig Trottier can sign as an owner. Here is his contact information: Craig Trottier, 801.209.1649, ctrottier(@centercal.com. Is there somewhere I need to place this information? • Written confirmation that a traffic impact study or change of use is not required, or has been accepted for review by ACHD. Please email planningreviewl@achdidaho.org or call 387-6170 for more information. About a month ago, ACHD had said they would be sending the City a staff report, which we anticipate to be an approval. I am unsure if ACHD has followed through on that. Sonya, are your aware if any coordination came from ACHD? • Submit a PDF version of the conceptual engineering plans in the format specified on the checklist (i.e. Public Utility Plan). Since the original submittal, we've developed the Utility Plan further...the attachment can serve as the "Conceptual Engineering Plan" PDF. Is the heavy duty concrete in front of the trash enclosure flush with the pavement since it encroaches out into the drive aisle? Concrete at the trash enclosure will be flush with the asphalt.
