Subject: Vicenza North Project Letter of Support
Dear Mr. Dodson:
On behalf of MGM Association Management, I am writing to provide my support for the Vicenza North
project approval. MGM has managed 125 homeowners' associations with over 16,000 homes covered.
It has been a pleasure to work with Bridgetower, LLC for the Bridgetower and Vicenza/Volterra
Subdivisions. We have witnessed firsthand how Bridgetower, LLC has worked tirelessly with the residents
of these subdivisions to address any unforeseen issues that may come up. The majority of those issues
are minor in nature and are taken care of immediately. In some instances of the issues are handled by a
simple education for residents who have relocated here from other states and who are not very familiar
with how land use and HOA's are handled in Idaho.
That said, inevitably there is always one or two homeowners that are never happy and seem to become
fixated on complaining about even the slightest perceived issue, often without the willingness to
acknowledge how their own actions could be creating the problem. In one such case, the owner of
Bridgetower, LLC has fielded a number of complaints from one such homeowner for the past nine years.
In our experience this is atypical and excessive. It is our understanding that this same individual was
similarly displeased with the work of the homebuilder who built his house. Again, some people cannot
be satisfied no matter what.
We believe that Bridgetower, LLC has done a fantastic job developing high quality communities
throughout the Treasure Valley and have gone above and beyond in many instances, to address any
concerns. Again, I would like to voice support on behalf of MGM Association Management and our entire
team for the quality developments Bridgetower, LLC has created and for the approval of the Vicenza North
project.
