Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 2015 S. Eagle Rd. is proposing the construction of a new
office building. The proposed project will consist of a 5021 s.f. building. Fowler Orthodontics will occupy
3149 s.f. of the new building. The remaining 1881 s.f. space will be available for a future tenant.
There have not been any previous approvals or requirements for the requested use.
