RE: Building Plans at El Dorado Business Campus - Approved with Notes
Dear Brandon:
The Architectural Control Committee has reviewed your plans for the proposed building,
as attached, for 2015 S. Eagle Road in the El Dorado Business Campus. In accordance
with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the El Dorado Owner's
Association, this letter shall sere as approval of the submitted building plans as attached,
with the following noted:
• Adjacent parking located at 1965 S Eagle Road is for employees and visitors
of the Monterey building only. Violators from surrounding buildings may be
towed without prior notice.
Any lease documents associated with the proposed vacant portion of the
building (1,881 SF), shall include restrictions on parking and make every
reasonable attempt to adhere to a 4:1,000 SF parking ratio.
• All construction activity associated with the proposed project, shall not interfere
with adjacent building parking or access.
The Architectural Control Committee makes no representations concerning the fitness,
suitability or compliance with applicable laws.
