Per Republic Services all enclosure dimensions and approaches have been met per plans attached. We do not stamp
plans per say but rather give approval through e-mail and Republic Services approves of the plans attached.

We may need to relocated the proposed trash enclosure due to site drainage issues and site grading. Please see the
attached alternate location at the northeast corner of the site. Please let me know if this is also an acceptable
location. The size is the same as the previous approval.

Can I please confirm with you that the doors to the enclosure will open 120 degrees? With the 2 separate doors it is
imperative that the truck be able to drive on without obstruction.

See the attached proposed site plan for a medical office building we will be submitting to the City of Meridian for Design
Review/CZC early this week. Please review and let me know if the enclosure location and size (interior is 22’ wide and
12’ deep) meet Republic Services requirements. The enclosure is near the northwest corner of the site.
