Re: Kiwanis Park Recycle Program
During the December 14, 2005 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting
Daybreakers Kiwanis presented a recyding program, which indudes plaang recyde
bins in Tully, Bear Creek and Meridian Settler's Park with staff approval on the
location and size of the bins. After a lengthy discussion the Parks and Recreation
Commission approved plaang recyde bins in the above-mentioned parks as a fund
raising effort for the Daybreakers Kiwanis Club. The commission is recommending
approval to the Mayor and Counal for their approval.
The Parks Staff is requesting this item be placed on the Council agenda December
20, 2005 meeting. The Staff Summary of the Parks and Recreation Commission is
attached to be forward to City Council for approval.
