Sonya, We have read the staff report and agree with the analysis and conditions of approval. Although not a condition of approval, but rather a requirement prior to the City Council hearing, we request the requirement to include another housing type be removed. The overall Southridge development is covered by the Development Agreement which includes other properties which includes narrow lots, alley loaded lots, and apartments in previous phases. The variety of housing types is included in the overall Southridge development, therefore we request the requirement to include another housing type with Southridge South be removed. Attached is the PowerPoint for the Southridge South project. I will give the initial presentation tonight with Jason Densmer available for questions and clarifications.
