My name is Steve Thiessen. I am the President of the Cabella Creek HomeOwners Association. Some of our members have brought concerns of increased traffic
on Bailey Ave. and Loggers Pass St. due to the proposed Cache Creek Subdivision. Would ACHD allow access to Locust Grove to help alleviate some of these
concerns? E Sagemore Dr. accesses Locust Grove to the East. Would a connection at that point be feasible? We are already seeing increased traffic through our
subdivision as the intersection at Locust Grove and Victory backs up. Thank you for your consideration.
