Good afternoon Sonya, Thank you for the Commission’s recommendation on this project. We are in agreement with the Staff report and majority of the recommended conditions of approval, however request to omit Condition IX.A.1.b due to existing site constraints. The amount of grade combined with elimination of parking stalls would make construction of cross-access driveways infeasible. After our hearing with the Commission, we revised our site plan to omit the subsurface drainage swale that was initially shown to make the site plan more clear.
