Dear Property Owner and Neighbor,
You are invited to participate in a neighborhood comment period. Due to COVID-19 and the
consideration for public health and safety,the City of Meridian has temporarily amended the
requirements for neighborhood meetings that notify neighbors of land use changes. This comment
period will take place in lieu of the on-site neighborhood meeting.
You will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions via one of the avenues below. You
may phone following receipt of this letter. Whether you choose to mail, email or phone, we ask for
your name and address to provide as verification to the City of Meridian's Planning and Zoning
Department.
The location of this land use change request is located south of W. Ustick Road and west of N. Ten
Mile Road. Please see the included exhibit for additional clarification of the property location.
A comprehensive map change and rezone is being requested to change the current residential land
use to L-O, a commercial land use designation. The proposal is to have dentist/office space at this
location.

at 3079 N Firelight PI. We are curious to see the proposed plans for this structure, Are those available for review?Also,
