- Architecture matches the other building in the development
- Conditional Use Application has been submitted for the Drive Thru. There is another drive thru on the Chick-fil-a
building just North of our building pad across Eagle Road. We are within 300' of their drive thru and need
conditional use approval to allow the drive thru on our building
- We have obtained approval for a new Trash Enclosure
- A new drive approach is being proposed from Eagle Drive onto our pad
- Full Civil and Landscape plans have been provided
