Lovejoy’s Ice Cream restaurant is a TI project looking to go into a space located at 1760 S.
Meridian Road. It is a family owned & operated business looking to start their first location in the
Treasure Valley. They will be serving homemade ice cream & toppings from other local
businesses.
The property is currently zoned C-G. The previous tenant was a tanning salon. The tenants on
either side are restaurants - a bar & grill and a Mandarin restaurant.
We feel that the use of this business fits in with the surrounding area and complies with Chapter
4 in the Meridian code book.
