The site plan prepared by 12.15 Design, LLC on October 27, 2020, labeled A1.1, shows compliance with the specific use standards for the proposed use as set forth in UDC 11-4-3-49: Restaurant. If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final decision on a land use application.
