AFTER DISINFECTION AND FINAL FLUSHING, THE SYSTEM SHALL BE TESTED BY THE WATER DEPARTMENT TO DETERMINE IF THE APPROPRIATE MINIMUM CHLORINE (CL2) RESIDUALS HAVE BEEN ATTAINED. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT AND PERSONNEL REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE TEST. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RE -TEST ALL SEWER LINES, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE PUBLIC WORKS INSPECTOR, AFTER ALL UTILITIES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF THE STREET SURFACING.
