The project lot is currently zoned I-L and the proposed improvements are allowed per city of Meridian Development Standards. The building will have approximately 207,000 square feet of usable warehouse space. The overall site plan and building layout enhance the area and coincide with the surrounding developments. This narrative completes our formal Certificate of Zoning Compliance & Design Review application submittal. Please provide a written response and/ or approval at your earliest convenience.
