Josh,
We discussed the Hickory accesses internally.
We see your point with four lots being merged into one. If there were four individual lots all owned
by different entities, and the one in the middle developed first, we would have to give them access
to Hickory. We might not necessarily be able to force a cross access easement across the lots to the
south until THOSE lots develop. Using that logic, you’ve gone from four potential accesses to two.
I have reached out to Joe Bongiorno with Fire who has told me he would approve the site plan if you
revise it to show 26’ wide aisles. I also just reached out to ACHD to find out if they are going to have
comments.
As long as Fire and ACHD support, you can retain these two accesses along Hickory.
