The landscape plan reflects your request in the staff report to show a berm and wall combination
along the McDermott Road frontage prior to the Council meeting.
We will prepare a revised parking plan and submit for your review. We are not adding more open
space since we exceed the current required open space of 10 percent. We are providing a total of
20.25 percent open space and 16.95 percent qualified open space. We even exceed the new
proposed open space standards of 15 percent in an R-15 zone. We believe the project has ample
open space with high quality amenities.
