My name is Randall A. Peterman, and I am the sole member of Peterman Boise, LLC. PBLLC is the owner of
approximately 9 acres on the south side of Chinden Road (“Property”), just southeast of the subdivision
proposed by Hubble Homes in the planning and zoning application identified above. As the owner of that
property the outcome of the application is important to my property’s value, and to the future of
development in the entire region.
1. I am totally in favor of approval of the application.
2. I am in favor of the application because its approval will doubtless provide sewer and water
connections to the southwest corner of the Property. In fact I have discussed that matter with Hubble Homes,
who is willing to undertake this step.
3. I am in favor of the application because its approval will benefit the entirety of the northeast Meridian
area, including but not limited to a proposed hospital which will be built just to the west of the PBLLC
Property.
