Commencing at a Brass Cap monument marking the southwest corner of said Section 36, from
which a Brass Cap monument marking the southeast corner of the SW%4 of said Section 36 bears
S 88°43'02" E a distance of 2662.34 feet;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said SW % S 88043'02" E a distance of 665.63 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary N 0°17'23" E a distance of 48.00 feet to a point on the
northerly right-of-way of W. Ustick Road;
Thence continuing N 0017'23" E a distance of 787.24 feet to a point;
Thence N 89°51'54" E a distance of 274.59 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of Woodburn
