NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15,
2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the follow-
ing applications:
Conger Group for a Development Agreement Modifica-
tion(Inst.#102012598)to allow the development of an age-re-
stricted community consisting of thirty-four(34)attached SFR
homes instead of offices;a Rezone of approximately 5 acres of
land from the R-4 to the R-15 zoning district;and a Preliminary
Plat for 34 residential lots and 8 common lots in the proposed
R-15 zoning district for Goddard Creek Subdivision(H-2020-
0092), located in the northwest corner of W. McMillan Road
and N.Goddard Creek Way.
Jim Jewett for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 8 building
lots and 2 common lots on 2.27 acres of land in the R-4 zoning
district for Landing South (H-2020-0005), located at 660 S.
Linder Rd.
Lombard Conrad Architects for a Rezone of 1.77 acres of
land from the I-L to the C-G zoning district for Ada County
Coroner(H-2020-0085),located at 173 N.Touchmark Way.
Shari Stiles, Engineering Solutions, LLP for Annexation
of 0.60 of an acre of land with an R-4 zoning district for Spur-
wing Sewer Easement Annexation(H-2020-0087),generally
located north of W. Chinden Blvd./SH 2O-26, northeast of N.
Ten Mile Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
