Overland Rd. midway between S. Ten Mile Rd. and S. Linder Rd. Engineering Solutions for a Preliminary Plat for 94 single family lots, 92 townhome lots, 26 common lots and 3 common driveway lots on 24.54 acres; and a Modification to the Existing Development Agreement (Inst. # 114030972) to allow townhomes and patio homes whereas the existing development agreement allows self- storage and multifamily for Oakwind Estates Subdivision (H-2020-0093), located at 5685 N. Black Cat Rd. Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.
