BY THE CITY C{OUNCIL: HOAGLUN,PERREAULT, STRADER
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE 5 FEET EXISTING PROPERTY DRAINAGE, UTILITY
AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENTS ESTABLISHED ALONG THE INTERIOR LOT LINES
OF LOTS 1-4, BLOCK 4 OF THE GEMSTONE CENTER NO. 3, IN THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN,ADA COUNTY,STATE OF ID!AHO;AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,on October 20,2020 the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on the vacation
of the 5 feet existing property drainage;utility and maintenance easements established along the interior
lot lines of Lots 1-4,Block 4 of the Gemstone Center No. 3, in the City of Meridian,Ada County, State
of Idaho; and
WHEREAS,after such hearing,the City Council,by formal motion,did approve said described
vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY,IDAHO:
Section 1. That the vacation of the 5 feet existing property drainage, utility and maintenance
easements established along the interior lot lines of Lots 1-4, Block 4 of the Gemstone Center No. 3,
in the City of Meridian,Ada County, State of Idaho, as attached in Exhibit A, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian,Idaho,this 27th day of October,2020.
