RE: Final Plat Application for Hensley Station Subdivision No. 2
Dear Mayor and City Council:
On behalf of Hensley Properties LLC, please accept this request for final plat approval, of Hensley
Station Subdivision No 2. Phase two of the Hensley Station Subdivision has 26 single-family
townhouse residential lots and 2 common lots. This subdivision is located on the northeast corner of
North Black Cat Road and W. Aviator Street. It has the Ada County parcel number of S1210325905.
This phase does not have any frontages on any public streets.
Hensley Station Subdivision No 2 is in compliance with all requirements and of conditions
H-2019-0120.
Hensley Station Subdivision No 1 Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. City Ordinance No. 20-1874 instrument# 2020-029597
2. Development Agreement instrument # 2020-029370
3. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses.
4. The use requirements and provisions of the UDC.
5. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
