Regarding: 710 N Black Cat Tree Mitigation
Dear Penelope,
I have visited the site at 710 N Black Cat and Pine Ave. and in compliance with the Tree Preservation
Code 11-3B-10 I have compiled the Required Tree Mitigation for the Landscape Improvement Plan,
please see below;
One (1) 24” DBH Ash tree
24” DBH Total Tree Mitigation required for this project.
No other trees on the site require mitigation.
