Good afternoon Sonya,
A point of clarification on my earlier email per our conversation this afternoon. We are in agreement with the Staff
report and majority of the recommended conditions of approval, however request to omit Condition IX.A.1.b due to
existing site constraints. The amount of grade combined with elimination of parking stalls would make construction of
cross-access driveways infeasible.
