Broadway Ave., Suite #102 Meridian, ID 83642 Subject: CZC and Design Review Applications – Ten Mile Crossing Office Building Number 8 Dear Planning Personnel: On behalf of our client, BVA Development, Horrocks Engineers submits this application for CZC and Design Review for Office Building Number 8 to be built in the Ten Mile Crossing development. The proposed office building consists of a 2-story structure with a total gross floor area of approximately 46,000 sf, and will provide Class A office space for some of the area’s largest businesses. The Ten Mile Crossing development is generally located to the north of I-84 and east of Ten Mile Road. The proposed office building is located on part or all of parcels R8483020070, R8483040020, R8483040040, R8483040060, R8483040080 and R8483040100 shown on the included vicinity map. The proposed building straddles parcels R8483040100 and R8483040060 which will require a Parcel Boundary Adjustment (PBA). It is our understanding that this CZC / Design Review application can be reviewed and approved independently of the required PBA application. The parcels along S. Wayfinder Avenue are zoned TN-C while the remaining parcels are zoned C-G. The building footprint is located in the TN-C zoning designation. A separate detailed narrative from the Architect (Cushing Terrell) to support the building Design Review Application is also included with this packet for your review.
