As an authorized agent of H.O.T. 1 LLLP, Cushing Terrell is hereby submitting CZC & Design Review documents for a new Distribution Center/ High Cube Warehouse No. 2 for the Scentsy South Campus located at 2751 E. Commercial St., Meridian, Idaho.
The project lot is currently zoned I-L and the proposed improvements are an allowable use. The property is well suited for the proposed facility. The new site improvements to the existing un-improved property will greatly enhance this area of Meridian.
The building will have approximately 41,500 square feet Distribution Center/ High Cube Warehouse No. 2. The overall site plan and building layout enhance the area and coincide with the surrounding developments.
