As a neighboring property owner I am going to submit some commits on the proposed development. Our first concern
is that the waste water from our property drains across this development, there is not a direct clarification that our
drainage will be left intact and not disturbed during the development and after the development is complete, this issue
needs to be addressed before the development starts. My second concern is that there are two teakwood
developments within one mile and both on Victory road this creates a public safety issue for all citizens. My third
concern is that this development does not have enough open space for the amount of houses being built, it seems that
this project is relying on using the canal for recreation which is illegal, and also part of the canal lies on private land and
again using the canal would be illegal. The fourth concern is this land even suitable for development, there have been
concerns voiced from home owners in the area about the issues they are having with their homes. The feasibility study
needs to take in data from tests conducted over a full year not from just one test, which could be very skewed. My last
concern is that the easements that are not recorded, this seems that there is some problem being covered up that
should be addressed, all easements should be recorded if a true easement exists.
Thanks
