Sent from my iPhone Concerning Teakwood. We are concerned that our historic drain ditch that runs along
Victory road to Locust Grove will remain open. I know that sidewalks and landscaping are being planned. After
our irrigation ditch goes under the Victory bridge I do not know where it goes today. It use to flow down to
Locust Grove. We have had concerns in the past of developers not following Idaho codes when it comes to
irrigation ditches. Our property on the east side of the eight mile canal is not part of this development and
should not be included in future plans concerning this development. Thank you Mary Dechambeau 2015 East
