Hi Sonya,
They will be warehousing products that they will sell online to automotive businesses and at-home mechanics. They will
not have any kind of retail component at the site, so won’t have customers coming to the building. They primarily
receive product via UPS and FedEx – very occasionally (2-3 times a year) a truck may deliver stock. They primarily
specialize in cutting tools for the machining industry, and small part components for automotive stuff.
