Dear Mr. Hood:
The final plat, plans and application for the Brody Square Subdivision are attached for your review and
approval. The Brody Square Subdivision is located on approximately 15 acres at 5120 N Black Cat
Road, 4644 W Daphne Street and 4924 N Black Cat Road (the "Project Site"). Brody Square has been
designed to include 64 buildable lots for single-family detached homes and 9 common lots. The
development includes 12.0% qualified open space with attractive amenities throughout. The design of
the subdivision is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and with acceptable
local engineering and survey practices and local standards.
The final plat is in substantial conformance with the preliminary plat and zoning (PP H-2020-0032)
which were approved by Council on July 21st, 2020.
We ask your approval of the following:
• Final Plat of Brody Square
• Improvement Plans for Brody Square
