To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is hereby written to confirm that all finished street centerline elevations are set a minimum
of three feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation.
The test pits drilled on site have an average depth of 12-feet. Groundwater was observed at depth
varying from 8.0' to 3.4' across the site.
