Here is the IPC position on the vacation request—minor facilities relocation typical for redevelopment projects. They responded to ACHD in 2019 as well. IPC
forwarded a letter that they sent to ACHD recently,and I believe that letter has now been transmitted to the City.

"There is some equipment that would have to be removed at the cost of the developer.
This is typical with these types of projects. Not sure on cost but it wouldn't be too significant."

We thank you for sending this. I don't believe IPC has facilities in those R/W.
We will submit development plans for a new IPC distribution design that should take any facilities out if there were any.
Are there any you see in there that would pose a problem for relocation typical for new development?

We are prioritizing the creation of the irrigation system design so that we can submit to the NMID. In Addendum#1 to the Civic Block RFP,there is a Gravity Irrigation Plan. Can
we get a copy of this civil as-built plan set so that we can incorporate into the ALTA survey and civil design drawings? This is the biggest pinch point for us on the Civil side to
understand utility distribution constraints along the E Broadway St.and E 3rd St.R/W.
