To Whom It May Concern:
The final plat submittal package is enclosed for the proposed Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision No.1
located on South Eagle Road in Meridian in Section 32,Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Meridian, Idaho, and consists of approximately 32.92 acres. The Final Plat consists of all
lots located within the previously approved Preliminary Plat for Sky Mesa Highlands and 7 lots from the
adjacent Sky Mesa Commons Preliminary Plat. The subdivision includes 82 buildable lots and 13
common lots. The specific provisions requested in the final plat application are intended to be
addressed in the plat and construction documents as described below:
• The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the UDC.
• The final plat and development plans conform to best management practices and acceptable
surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural practices, and local standards.
• Documents for reference: Development Agreement#2019-0123; Ordinance#2020-099420; Sky
Mesa Highlands H-2019-0123,Sky Mesa Commons H-2017-0068.
