On behalf of our client, BVA Development, Horrocks Engineers submits this application for CZC and Design Review
for Ten Mile Cross — Office No. 5 to be built in the Ten Mile Crossing development. The proposed building consists
of a 4-story structure with a gross floor area of roughly 20,000 sf per floor, and will provide facilities for various
commercial office uses.
The Ten Mile Development is generally located north of 1-84 and east of Ten Mile. The proposed office building is
located on parcels R8484010100, R8484010200 and R848401300 as shown on the included vicinity map. The
parcels are part of the TM Crossing Sub #2 Subdivision.
A separate detailed narrative from the Architect (Cushing Terrell) to support the building Design Review
Application is also included with this packet for your review.
